About Me

I am a solution-focused psychotherapist who incorporates a combination of traditional and alternatives therapeutic approaches. My clients tell me that they like my practical and interactive style. I'm convinced that a supportive and positive environment helps the individual overcome both current challenges and long-standing maladaptive behavioral or cognitive patterns.

With over 25 years of successful experience in business management, I combine practical experience with an in-depth understanding of transformative psychological principles and practice. I've been honored to present at local and state professional conferences and to the general public on topics ranging from career transitions to cybercounseling to applying new developments in neuroscience.  I work in cooperative community practice (www.fmc3.org) in Atlanta, GA where I currently serve as the Executive Director.
